- Mental problems: e.g. trauma, depression and migraines.
- Muscle ailments: e.g. shoulder pain and sciatica.
- Usage of patient's own health promotion-resources: e.g circulation of body fluids.
ACUPUNCTURE
Unlike in Western Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine studies and treats comprehensively, not just the symptom of the disease. The patient is the most important part of the treatment, including the patient's own experiences and feelings. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a very broad concept. One of its most important elements is the energy in our body, or 'Qi'. In addition, meridians, i.e. energy channels, food and herbs, play a particularly important role. The symptoms of the diseases arise from the blockage or imbalance of the energy cycle, therefore creating a disorder in the body. Acupuncture treatment is based on the knowledge and utilization of energy elements and channels in treatment.
- Back and muscle pain.
- Migraine and headache.
- Stress and insomnia.
- Prevention and remedation of learning difficulties.
- Promotion of recovery from surgeries.
- Acceleration of metabolism.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy seeks to balance the cerebrospinal fluid flowing through the body by listening very gently to the cranial rhythm it generates and thus helping the body to repair itself. Through this potential problem areas in the body, such as physical and mental traumas, as well as blockages and imbalances, are also observed. After locating the problem areas, any tension states are sought to be resolved by gentle and almost imperceptible craniosacral manipulation. Acupuncture and craniosacral therapy support each other well. That is why I often use both forms of treatment. In craniosacral therapy, the touch is very light and pleasant, so clients relax and may even fall asleep during treatment.
- Pain.
- Skewness or musculoskeletal disorders.
- Hormonal and estrous cycle issues.
- Intestinal or stomach disorders.
- Impaired immunity.
- Decreased vitality after a prolonged illness, for example.
- Aging animals.
- Metabolism and laminitis.
- Metabolic and behavioral problem.
TREATMENTS FOR ANIMALS
Regarding pets we often wish that they could speak. Chinese medicine is the salvation for many, as cause and effect are found. I'm like an interpreter who tells what's wrong when animals can't voice this to us. My primary value as an animal caretaker is that everyone should get help with their animals. For me, every animal is an individual, so their purpose is not essential, but the most important thing is to give help. My animal clients are typically horses but I also take care of a lot of dogs. Additionally I have taken care of cows, pigs, cats and once even a bat. In some very rare cases animals won't approve the use of needles. In these cases a treatment with a medical laser can be adopted.

AINO RUOHO
"Seeing a big change in my horse after acupuncture treatment, and how such small needles can achieve something so great, I decided I want to learn it myself."
I'm a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner from Finland, specialized in animal acupuncture. I'm also a massage therapist, craniosacral therapist and a photographer. I'm very passionate about my job and seeing the positive change in both animals and humans is the best reward. Traveling has been a big part of my life since I was young, and a major reason in choosing a career that I can practice on the road. It’s also interesting and instructive to care for people and animals around the world, it brings a whole new perspective to my caregiver’s work. I'm truly dedicated to my work and my clients. I hope I can offer a part of it to you too, welcome to visit!
"I got my happy and balanced wife back after Aino treated her."
Gone are hormone pains, migraines, sciatica, etc. Present is overall well-being, as well as confidence in the power of the body. The body that Aino woke back to function. There is no small or big reason why you too couldn't benefit from Aino's skillful hands and unique professionalism.
Aino has treated two of my horses. Particularly with the horse with a rescue background there was a clear difference between the first and second treatment. The tense and fearful horse became more relaxed and open as a result of the treatments. The older horse had stiffnesses in his back, which were visible when riding and the hindquarters would occasionally "fall", but the issue has completely disappeared after the treatments.
